Sean Libby, President

Sean has worked at the intersection of managed care and government benefit programs for the past 15 years. Most recently, Sean served as the President of Freedom Disability and Alpha Disability, one of the nation’s largest Social Security Disability and Veterans Advocacy companies. Prior to that, Sean served as Vice President, Sales for SSC Disability providing government program benefit services for managed care plans. At BeneLynk Sean is responsible for Sales, Marketing, as well as the more general direction of the growth of the company.

Sean received his undergraduate degree from Middlebury College and has a Master’s degree from Yale University.

Chris Rosa, Chief Technology Officer

Chris Rosa brings nearly twenty years of professional software development and leadership experience. During that time Chris has focused primarily on delivering solutions targeting healthcare and the contact center. Prior to joining BeneLynk, Chris served as the VP of Technology for Freedom Disability and Alpha Disability. Chris’ passion for software architecture and development is evidenced by the variety of positions held ranging from architecture to implementation. Chris remains committed to fostering an environment of innovation by maximizing the cloud and continual advancement through the application technology and process.

Chris received his undergraduate degree in Electrical Engineering from Northeastern University. He subsequently went on to receive his Master’s Computer Science from Sacred Heart University where he honored with an Outstanding Achievement Award for his thesis work.

Alan Flaumenhaft, Executive Chairman

After working for twenty-plus years in the managed care industry in a variety of executive capacities. Alan founded Social Service Coordinators, Inc (SSC) in 2000. As CEO of SSC (later Altegra) Alan oversaw the growth of the company from start-up to industry leader serving Medicare Advantage plans throughout the country. In 2011, Alan stepped away as CEO of Altegra in conjunction with the sale of the company remaining on the board of Altegra Health until its sale in 2015.

As Executive Chairman of BeneLynk, Alan serves as the visionary for the company and provides strategic guidance to the management team. Alan holds a B.A. from Florida State University.

Eric Lindskog, Chief Financial Officer

Eric joined BeneLynk in 2017 as CFO, responsible for accounting, FP&A, market analysis functions of the company and also provides client support. Prior to BeneLynk, Eric worked for Change Healthcare (formerly Emdeon) since 2011, when it acquired Social Service Coordinators (SSC), whom he joined in 2003 as Managing Director, Finance. From 2012–2016 Eric was Vice President of Analytics for Change Healthcare in Weston, Florida. He provided financial, market, and member analytics in support of the Client Services and Sales teams.

At SSC Eric oversaw controllership, treasury functions, budgeting, financial planning, analysis and reporting, billing and compliance. He was also responsible for supporting operational analysis, reporting, and the firm’s legal, accounting and banking relationships.

As Vice President of Finance for SSC in 2007, Eric was an integral part of the management team that negotiated a Dividend Recapitalization with a financial lender. He also played a critical role on the management team that successfully sold SSC to a private equity sponsor in 2011.

Eric’s finance and accounting experience also includes two years in public accounting before obtaining his MBA in Finance from Rice University. Eric also received a BS in Accounting from Clemson University.
